[HELP] Sooo...How do I get back to the quest?

Servers shut down when i was in the middle of a cut scene, and i can't go back to the area ("Wings of Mushin") to turn the quest in. Can't abandon the quest, it's the main story. Won't lemme track quest. Checked my inventory, no charm to lemme travel to it. Halp ples.
