Lag...maybe?

So I was playing fine until I exited some house for a quest in Jadestone.  I then started lagging/rubberbanding/stuttering, I don't even know what it was, so bad I literally could not move from where I stood.  I would walk, take a step, then rubberband back to where I was standing.  I thought I was lagging, until I looked at my chat and noticed it was still going fine.  I even tried typing and asking in there about the problem and experienced no delay.   I tried shutting down the game, restarting my computer, and logging back in, but it's still the same.  I'm on the Yunwa server and had to wait a solid 18-ish minutes in queue, if that helps.

 

Anyone know what to do?

Thanks for posting on the player to player support forum.

 

Many others are having similar issues, and as of right now its pointing to be a server side issue.
