Costume lost after crash.

Like the title says, I had the blue porcelain costume in my inventory(since I can't store it in the wardrobe).I changed it to the scarlet shade one, did some stuff and then my game crashed.  Relogged back after the crash and it was gone. I did not destroy it, nor sell it, even tho I checked the buyback tab and it was empty. 

 

It's all in the logs, the costume's purchase and all that stuff that proves I had it. It's gone now and I want it back :< 

 

 

EDIT: support took care of it. 'Twas my mistake but they were super nice and fixed it.
