Really.. reset my progress on evolving accessories because of the server reset

Evolved my infernal ring from 1 to breakthrough with 2 items yesterday, a lucky jewel and an infernal necklace - for some reason, even though I did this WAY before the servers crashed, I lost my progress and it reset.  This is all well and good, except when I went to evolve it today, this time I had to use those two items, PLUS 5 more things, and I STILL didn't get it to evolve.  So I am curious, are you guys going to give me another lucky jewel or what?  Never played a game where my progress is actually erased because of pure incompetence.
