Stuck at load with dragon on screen

I've been trying to get back into the game since way earlier this morning when the servers went down at first i had fot the error 204 a few time then afterwards it stopped upon the animated loop now it wont even get past the dragon and blade and soul logo just spins loadingive hit repair files uninstalled then reinstalled the game. Any one have a solution to my problem id greatly appreciate the help.
