Ive sent in multiple tickets trying to get this issue fixed and they sent 3 copy paste fixes (which ive done all of them) and then stop replying.

I have a membership that i'm WASTING trying to figure this stuff out.

Ive reinstalled twice, ive deleted files and replaces, i got rid of my firewall and antivirus software.

My Specs:

Windows 7 64bit

AMD Phenom(tm) II X4 965 3.40 GHz

12 GB Ram

AMD Radeon R9 200 Series

750GB HDD + 320 HDD

I have tried running it as admin, I have completely disabled anti-virus, and have countless other steps that they have given me over ticket service

I would like a reply to this aswell...Same issue for the past 2 or 3 days...possibly since a razer update, or something else. All I know is that it went from only happening to disable to the razer services, and being able to play with maybe one crash in like 8 hours or so, sometimes none at all. To now it crashes every single time on startup when it launches the dragon logo, and enters the first screen for a second (NCsoft I believe) then it crashes to the desktop, exactly how OPs link shows. I've also reinstalled fresh, disabled firewall antivirus, file repairs, and everything else inbetween. I've never had these problems at all, not once in beta. I keep hearing about how faulty gameguard is too, could it not be that since it's detecting razer in the first place as something that needs to be stopped? (Correct me if I'am wrong.)

My Specs:

Windows 8.1 Pro 64-bit
Intel Core  i7-4790k CPU @ 4.00GHz (8 CPUs), ~4.00GHz
16 GB Ram DDR3
AMD Radeon R9 380 Series
125Gb SSD + 1T HDD

I'am stumped aswell at this point until they can provide a fix, which who knows how long that will take...
