OTP Authentication Key

Hello all.

 

I'm having issues with the OTP Authentication Key telling me my Google Authentication codes are wrong despite entering them correctly. I attempted multiple times with different codes provided on my HTC One MAX to no avail. I then entered into my account to attempt to remove the Google Authenticator from my account and the website is telling me the codes are wrong despite entering them correctly. Is there a way to fix their broken system so that I can bypass it or it can realize that I'm entering the codes correctly?

 

Quick Edit: I've already submitted a ticket. I'm just curious if any of you have figured out a fix while I wait.

This is usually because of Googles Two-Step verification system. If you go to your account and disable this it should work. Have you tried using a different browser app? Or another device to see if it is settings or account related?

As I stated in my original post. I already attempted to take the Google Authenticator off my account. I've tried in Pale Moon and Edge browsers and neither work.
