Hit delay

Someone please help, I have such a hit delay and my internet is working just fine. I left click once and it takes about 5 seconds for it to register

Could be a few reasons for this, first could be your location. Farther from NCSoft's servers the worse the ping, and thus your connection and timings. Could also be your router, or modem, or ISP. First I would reset your modem and router, see if that helps. If not contact your ISP to see if they can do a reset. 
 

Also good tip, try a internet speed test to see what your connection speed is. It will tell you your ping, then repost it here.
