so I just got one of these key and I want to know where I can get the chest for the key or get more info on what I can use the key for

Any weapon chest you get in Moonwater Plains. However, you should save it for heroic chests (purple) that are hard to get. These are generally the ones from dungeons that take awhile to complete. All other chests you should use your regular keys for.
