Loading screen error

Ok so everytime when I go to a city or somewhere, in the loading screen I get an error message and when I press "Ok" (or something like this) the game closes. And it's a pain in the a** cause when I want to enter again I have to wait at least 20 minutes for that queue...

Any ideas how to solve this?

I had this same problem on my laptop cus its a old machine when lowered the settings to lowest possible i no longer had this provlem could be my imagination tho not sure but u can try it doesnt hurt especially if your pc is old
