Why am i level 1 again? Rollback?

So, i leveled my toon to almost 10. The servers got shut down yesterday at least some of them(including mine). I just logged in to my account and saw that my nearly level 10 character is now 1 with nothing.

 

EDIT: Never mind. My character appeared to be level 1 in the character selection screen but when i logged in to it i was level 9. So, it just doesn't properly show my character on the selection screen. Phew.
