Installing Problems xD

I tries downloading 3 yesterday  times now and, when the first time i tried downloading it worked fine, but I needed my father's administration password, but he wasn't here at the time so i had to close it, and now today after i  download it a couple times, im getting this before I actually skip it and try to download

"The game will not run correctly if the required utilities aren't installed"? I dont know what that means xD

After I skip it, and continue to install it just says error and stuff, so im concerned if I have to install required utilities so it can work, but I don't how to install them.
