I completely sure that it's not windows 10, cause my boyfriend plays BnS in his notebook with Windows 10.

No solution I've seen yet. Been going back and forth with support trying to figure it out. I'm playing on win xp so it's not a windows 10 prob

 

best bet is to run dxdiag and hijackthis and send it into support so they can get more info on the problem
