Queue times?

So I just downloaded the game last night and am super excited to try it out,

 

however I see that the NA servers sre being worked on, no biggie. So i decided to just go to the Europe servers for now just to try the game out a bit.

 

I've been sitting in the Queue for around 15 mins and it says I have 19 mins to go. My question is this:

 

Are the queue times always this long?

and is there always a queue time?

 

I would hate to have to wait 30+mins everytime I wanted to play the game. :(

Yeah, the queue times are usually pretty high, You can help Yourself by getting a premium or moving into a less-crowded server

An also, can I copy/paste my character for the new server?

well I waited like 4 hours in queue and then realized the numbers werent changing. I was like #200 and there was 2300 non and 800 premium members. Well I'll try to enter after midnight

I got in on the EU servers no prorblem... only it took me 30 mins..

I am a non premium member and wait to enter in game from 13h.. 1 time got crash at 160.. and now 1500 fck this really

so, the point of premium is to get you smaller queue times?  And people are still having to wait?

 

 

seems like a bad system.
