Game Crash?

So I downloaded B&S last night and when I saw there was a 2k wait list I closed it and and said i'll just try to play in the morning. I get on forgot my pin, changed it, and now whenever I put it in it says "Disconnected from server", then it goes to the white B&S screen then crashes. Any idea's why?
