Intallation source of product not found?

So around 3-4 hours ago, I tried to put my pin to play the game, but the game gave me an error 204, yesterday i received another error (2000, something something) but I re-installed the game and it got fixed. So, naturally I tried to re-install the game again. This is where I think I screwed up.... When I tried to install the game again, the instashield wizard asked if I want to completely remove the selected application and all of its features (https://gyazo.com/a67841652a6e530efaf2a2591a61c1ce), If I press no, the installation is cancelled, if I press yes this appears: https://gyazo.com/0ed824cdcada240f5c087fcc8e192cfc

I tried to browse through my computer but I just don't know what to do, the error I got is error 1612 could someone help me on what I should do?

Hello! Have you found out the issue to your problem because I am having the same one. I had some in game bugs and went to the support about it and they told me to try to reinstall, once I did so I got the same error as you have time and time again, I have tried so many different paths but it seems like its trying to extract a folder that hasnt been installed yet and really dont know what to do either. If this has been resolved or you have found out why this issue is happening, please let me know.
