Yep, pretty sad how I can play on china server and taiwan server with full game content and a ping booster with less restrictions and less bugs than on a western server where its supposedly closer and easier....
the fail is real. 
advice :
1 : get bigger server.
2: if you want to modify to make people pay money... HAVE FULL CONTENT UNALTERED.
3: all i can say is.... FIX IT.
