Mail System not Working

I recently mailed a few items from one of my characters to another.  Though its been about 12 hours now, and I still haven't got the mail(s) yet.  This needs to be fix so players can mail item(s) and such to their other character(s) or other player(s) in the game.  Plus on another note, most player(s) are talking about having a account shared bank.
