Client doesn't launch, stuck on dragon logo

Hi all,

 

I am having some trouble launching the game. My game files are all updated and NCLauncher runs fine, but after GameGuard finishes doing its thing I'm stuck with the dragon logo (splash screen) on my desktop and nothing happens after that. The client never launches, I've left it like that for more than an hour and nothing changes. The client appears to be running in my Task Manager however.

 

 

Anyone had this happen to them or know of a fix?

 

My system details:

Windows 7, SP1 2005, 32 bit
