Huge client latency - Good network connection

So yes I'm having this issue, the client has a huge latency, I'm sure no asus (asus mobo) process/service is running, clean and fresh Win7 installation.

I'm 100% sure the pinged IP is from them (NA region), i got it from a support conversation i had over twitter.

Any ideas or solutions?
