Clan Creation Duplicate Bug

Every time I try to re-create my clan on my new server, it says it is taken. I deleted all the members then disbanded the guild in the first server, but its been 2 days and still says taken! I know it isn't because its a very unique name. I read on another forum it might be a timer but idk why it would be a timer longer than 2 days.... any clarification from the mods?
