Game Crashing Ticket opened Couldn't Find Issue

Most crashes happen when i select my character and enter the game during the loading screen at 90%. 1/100 times however when a miracle occurs and i get into the game as soon as i enter an area that needs to be loaded it freezes and my CPU usage skyrockets to 98% then down to 11% and keeps going up and down by 50-60%. Eventually sound from the game gets cut out and the program dose not respond so i open task manager oddly the sound comes back for around 5 seconds and BnS is no longer not responding but then it goes back to 98% CPU usage and freezes again. 30 emails from support and they have no clue what is going on. You lot are my last hope.
