Random Freezing and Resuming Problems

So...
The problem is that when i'm playing - at random times; my character will suddenly freeze and everything freeze around them and after around 5 - 10 seconds it'll resume.
Now that's a big problem, especially for pvp.
The game still plays but mine is frozen for that short period of time and i cannot input anything, whatever or whoever is attacking me will be fighting someone who isn't fighting back and often times i die.
This kinda ruins the game for me a little and it's not only this game but some other games this happens too.
I have no idea what's going on - But i'd really love some support to get this sorted.
I'm using a Netgear wireless WNDA3100 v3.
I'm on Virgin Media
My ping on speedtest was 31ms

Anything else i should include?
