Experiencing frequent computer crash

I played this game on the day it was released and I managed to get to level 6 without a hitch. Afterwards  my computer screen constantly turned black and my computer froze within minutes of gameplay. I have submitted a ticket to the support team who has made many suggestions on how to fix the issue. None of them have worked and before anyone asks about my computer spec, my PC is perfectly fine. I can play other games such as the Witcher 3,Fallout 4, and Elder Scrolls Online  on high settings without a hitch. I was wondering if anyone else is experiencing frequent black screen and a frozen computer where you are forced to shut down your computer. Perhaps knowing others have a similar issue to mine will help my mind be at ease and hope there will be a fix to this in the future. If not I'll cut my losses and reluctantly move on.
