Im frustrated :(

Hi! So im trying to install this damn game, and right after i download and install bns_lite_installer shortcut cant find NC launcher (wtf!!!!). I downloaded manually NClauncher from here but it still doesnt work. I read all realted to my problem threads here and nothing helped me. Why the hell installation of this game is so fcking complicated ?
