Cannot open any boxes and unable to salvage item salvage item

Hello, i cannnot open and boxes ( stalker jiangshi box & shield box),

Also unable to salvage any item.

** i do have space in my bag (plenty of space actually) and also have around 11 hongmoon key

For future reference, in case this happens to anyone else... if there are items in your overflow, you will not be able to open any further chests or salvage until you make some room in your bag and move the overflow items to it.  The overflow bag should be located at the lower right corner of the screen when it appears.
