Bandit Hideout Loading timeout.

everytime i try to go inside bandit hideout, i always get to 30% loading but server drops my connection and disconnects me. It takes like a minute frozen before it disconnects me. always same outcome whenever i try. the error message shown is "Disconnected from server(1000)".

 

i tried to go blackram area too same outcome on loading.

 

Any suggestions?
