Chat Spamming should be blocked

Since here is no Feedback section i decided to post it in here.

 

Goldsellers ruin the game experience right from the beginning in the tutorial till later on.. Why arent there any measurements against it?

 

A system that recognizes when someone permanently spams messages in regional chat every seconds and for hours. That those will be automatically blocked to post in regional chat for a certain amount of time?

 

Or that you can only post in the regional chat every 15-30 seconds. Same for party finder chat.

 

A function that reports gillsellers.

 

 

These are very basic functions which you can find in games like final fantasy 14.. Please NCSoft implement this..
