Voice over Language Change

Is it currently possible to change the language of the Voice over in the game to a version that is already out in the east ?

 

For example, Changing the voice over to Japanese but keeping the English subs ? ( im taking Japanese in college) 

 

I seen people patching it manually to the language of their choosing but seeing how some are getting banned just from WTFast, i didn't want to mess with anything till its confirmed i wont get hammered for doing so.
