D/C Problemo

So while playing I encountered a problem. Most of the time when I try loading a dg or new area, I get taken to a load screen and it disconnects me. The culprit:

Disconnected from server.(1000)(132,10054)

I contacted support but after a couple of hours it just started making no sense to me and I gave up on that, and nothing they told me to try was working anyway.

Might anyone have a solution?

I'll put a pic of the error notice too, in case I mis-typed a number.
