Three days, game still won't download Help please!

So I've been trying for a few days now to download Blade And Soul, so far no luck. I've tried shutting off my firewall and restarting, etc. I really just want to play the game at this point and I'm all out of options on how to fix it myself. If anyone could point me in the general direction of where to begin again that would be great! Thanks again. Usuallly I end up with the E02018 error resulting in not being able to download a zip folder from the CookedPC folder.
