Manual patch download using torrent?

I just recently found out that there's a manual patch .torrent file that can be downloaded named Full_BnS_12.torrent in folder C:\Program Files (x86)\NCSOFT\BnS\$Patch$. Found this while I'm automatically patching through launcher.

Is it possible to just use the .torrent file to download and just manual patch it in the same folder?

 - If so, do I have to extract each .rar file? Or just leave it be?
