one time password

So i'm trying to play this game and when i downloaded it and it tried to play it keeps asking me for a one time password, with a number pad and random numbers.  i enter random numbers and it keeps telling me i entered the wrong time password.  The problem is i never set up a one time password, was never even asked to make one. how do i fix this
