Controller help/suggestions?

Okay, so I use a controller to play BnS. I have done so since I played on the TW servers and I've never had any trouble with it until today.
Typically I'd use a PS3 controller and Xpadder, but I got a new laptop today with windows 10 and now that doesn't work.

I did however get the controller to work with Bns's controller set up, hooray!
Except the bindings, theyre horrible and awkward. I tried to change them but for some reason whenever I attempt to do so, some things will overwrite each other even if they aren't the same keys.
It's horribly frustrating and I can't figure out why it's doing this.

Inb4 people say just use keyboard, you're handicapping yourself using a controller. I don't really care about that sort of stuff, I just want to play comfortably and using a controller is alot easier for me. :'c

Any one have any suggestions?
Is this a bug? Or am I just missing something?
Hopefully people can understand why I'm trying to say, Im not very good at explaining myself.
