BnS Installer does not show off on my PC

I wanted to download BnS and i downloaded the file from site but when i try to install installer it just goes and after window where i click to send bug reports etc. it just disapears, i've turned off my antivirus still doesnt work. I've even tried on other PC still the same i dont know what can i do ;/
