Disconnected From Server

So, I acquired the quest "The Way of the Blade Dancer" every time I enter the portal inside the Abandoned Well it will load half-way and say "Disconnected From Server (1000 132,10053)" At first I believed it was my laptop, however it worked on my first character who was a blade dancer, I had to delete the character to use the same name on my new character. Now it refuses to load, if you've any ideas, tell me.
