Incomplete NCoin refund

I recently did the item transfer from Mushin, and only received a 5,360 NCoin refund out of the 7200 I should have received. I didn't purchase any premium or packs, so I should have a full refund. I also bought $20 worth of NCoin before I transferred that hasn't been refunded either.

I've been waiting for three days and NCSoft has completely ignored me and my friends who are having the same problem.

 

Has anyone had any luck with the refund or are you also getting ripped off?
