Game launcher does not responding

I try to open the launcher, and it does not responding.

I already try to remove anything and re-install multiple times, problem still exist.

Last time I have the same problem, and I re-install the game multiple times, finally worked once.

Can someone give me some suggestions.

At first, the login window is appearing and immediately closes the moment I click the Login button and I am just sitting there dumbfounded realizing the game will never pop up past that. I am uninstalling and reinstalling this game multiple times via the lite installer provided on the website yet the results still remain the same with each reinstall. I also deleted the folder and I realize that the update launcher is not popping up either.
