Character Xfer PLEASE~~ADVICE~~

NCSoft, you have brought a wonderful game from Korea to the NA/EU etc. I dont know if you see this happening but you are losing clients by the 100s by you not implenting character xfers. Putting up new servers was an obvious given but you should know that people have invested their time and money into this game to NOT start over due to having friends/family that have reached a high level and refusing to give up on their toons to the specific server. Having this character xfer available will not only have resolved 70-80% of your main problems but greatest of keeping customers HAPPY. If you cannot have this option available to your clients, you will lose a TON of revenue to this game which would have been great. Even now after the new servers, queue times are roughly the same as it were yesterday because you would think people want to start over a long with all of their friends and family. You thought wrong. If this isnt done within the week, you will have probably lost not only me but thousands of other clients because of an OPTION. Please do not take your time as this is a friendly advice that can potentially ruin yourselves. People wait years and years for this but not to blow up in their faces. You can see it yourselves on what people are posting thats ACTUALLY important. Do whats right. Thanks
