[EU] "Failed to upload photo"

No matter what I do, using only the standard portrait photos (even tried my pet), I always get a "Failed to upload photo" error when I attempt to use the F2 character information function to upload a picture of my character.

 

I never had this problem in the beta. What changed between then and Launch for this system, please?

It appears the problem was that I had the website bladeandsoul.com Restricted under Internet Explorer. This was due to a script issue with the Launcher. Disabling this and restarting the game fixed the upload photo issue.
