Anyone else not getting their NC Coins?

The night after launch i bought a 400 NC Coin code from amazon, i went to apply and it went into unused codes, i applied it, "successfully applied" while also getting "Error #13" off screen to the side. Now its 40 hours later, 38 more than what i was told, and still nothing, no reason why its taking so long, just that its being looked into...is something this simple truly so hard when i even supplied them with as screenshot of the code/receipt? Anyone getting this frustration of an issue and has yours been solved?
