Debugger error running can't find one on my computer

Everytime my launcher gets ready to open it gives me a message that reads " A debugger has been found running in your system. Please, unload it from memory and restart your program. Has anyone else had this problem if so, have you fixed it and can you tell me what you did.

This exact same thing happened to me today as well. 1/22/16. Havent found a fix yet.

Ok I found a work around that worked for me. if you are running windows 10

 

1.Search or run "Msconfig.exe" 

 

2. in Msconfig.exe on the 1st tab, Make sure Normal Startup is selected "This will enable all services within windows 10"   click apply and it will ask you to restart your computer,  if it does not restart it yourself.

Blade and soul should now run.
