Arena bug or crash

Hey guys , so this error kept on happening to me lately , whenever i queue in a arena or a dungeon of cross-server my game literally just freezes out , while in the out-world it works perfectly with no problem, its really getting super annoying  i cant change character or do anything , only thing possible is quit the game , here is a video of how the freeze looks like(its not my video but its the same problem). does anyone have a fix for this or is it just the server?

I have the excatly same problem. It occur more than once, not only to me but also to a friend of mine! It's also happening at moment!

 

This is damn annoying and unacceptable. I'm losing many matches cause of this crash!

 

Can someone help us here!

i have the same issue , And it isn't in arenas only also in dungeons , i think something is wrong with the cross server stuff.

 

everything was alright after the game launched but after the last downtime everything is messed up .
