ERROR E03008

Hi, can someone help me with this problem , it's the fourth time I 'm downloading the game, I disabled my antivirus.
I give the button to confirm I close the game and I open but I always get the same error , please help me.

Hello . I have bean playing since 15 jan head start and i never  had this problem that you have till today . this is probably caused by your antivirus , it might be restricting something for bns.. Try restarting your computer>turn off antivirus>start game , its how i made it work . then if its working and you wana use the antivirus you will have tu figure how to add permisions so it wont happen again . hope it helped !
