99% Download failed

I am downloading the game client for the third time today.. all failed in 99% with the 00013040.upk failed to be donwloaded.. i even tried to do the torrent thing and even ask my friend to send me that file.. but to no avail it is not able to be installed in my computer. i have tried file repair but it always stopped. i only need 8 mb to finish the download.. and i am currently not happy at how I had this problem after redownloading for 3 times.. and with my internet that took me around 4 hour each try.. i wasted 12 hours just to donwload it..

 

is there no other way to do it?
