Failed to connect to server.(100)

i keep getting this error since the launch on 19th..i've contacted ncsoft and tried everything but nothing seems to work.Anybody knows anything about it or some way to fix this?its so annoying i havent even played for a single minute..

I got this error because the login screen doesnt appear before the game patches.

 

I uninstalled the NCLauncher in Program Files > NCWest > NCLauncher before installing Blade and Soul and it fixed this.
