Can't Repair?

So... after today's downtime for the new servers, i can't seem to open the game since it keeps repairing and nothing happens, Here's a pic of what the launcher looks like:
 

 

Any ideas? its already open as administrator and everything was fine yesterday before the update so i have no idea what it could be.
