Chat Bugs/Suggestions

For some horribly annoying reason, when I'm conversating with people in whispers and I type out longer blocks of text, the game refuses to send the messages and I have to keep retyping things over and over. It's getting ridiculous. Also, when I click chat tabs it keeps switching them around and moving them all over the place. Can we *please* have the ability to lock the chat windows in place like we can in Aion?
