Unable to properly install the game

i ran into the crash after entering pin bug so i decided to try reinstalling etc and now when i try and re install with the Bns Lite installer it just comes up with "windows is searching for nclauncher" because i dont have an nclauncher file installed whenever i try and install it, any help?
