disconnection in the loading screen

I'm disconnected from the server every time map change or attempt to enter a cave or dungeon, my pc run games graphics high and screens greater burden to this, the question is why is this ?, I can not continue the game . please help

I have also been getting this error since beta, and nothing has been done. I have submitted a ticket and given ncsoft every bit of information, but they do not seem to care, or there is not enough players with the problem to warrant an investigation into the issue.

 

For people with "fixes", I have tried everything, but the disconnects happen less when there is less people online. So if you find a "fix" at 4am and don't get any issues, you need to stop saying it's fixed until you try teleporting around during primetime. Oh and to cover any other ground before people fill in with the same responses i've seen in the other 10 threads. I'm not ip banned, or from Russia, and the server isn't down for maintenance now. This is an ongoing issue and needs the attention it deserves.
